When you submit the “Schedule a Consultation” form, we collect the details you enter: your name, email address, company (optional), and your message. If you email us directly, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you request, and the date and time of your visit. This is used to deliver the Site, keep it secure, and diagnose problems. We do not use analytics or advertising trackers, and we do not set our own cookies.

How we use your information

• To respond to your inquiry and schedule a consultation.

• Web3Forms processes consultation form submissions and delivers them to our inbox.
• Vercel hosts the Site and processes the technical visit information described above.
• Google Maps provides the embedded map on our homepage. When the map loads, Google may collect information about your device and may set its own cookies, as described in Google’s Privacy Policy.

We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of JD Capital Group or others.

Links to other sites

The Site links to outside websites, such as LinkedIn and Facebook. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites, and we encourage you to review their policies.

How long we keep information

We keep inquiry and correspondence records only as long as needed to respond to you, manage any resulting engagement, and meet our legal and business record-keeping obligations.

How we protect information

The Site is served over a secure (HTTPS) connection, and we use reasonable measures to protect the information you share with us. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information you have shared with us by emailing jesse@jdcapitalgrp.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.

Children’s privacy

The Site is intended for business owners and professionals. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
